Hi, I need some advice or any information that may be helpful to my current situation. I have recently broke up with my ex-partner to whom we have a 1year old son. During an argument at the family home I called the police and to my amazement I was arrested and given bail not to make contact with my ex. This has become a problem with gaining access to my son and seeing him. I recently instructed a Mediation company to make contact with my ex but she declined. I really want to avoid going to court. what are my options?
